This patient is a 36-year-old transwoman who has developmental micromastia. For this reason, she requested augmentation mammoplasty. This patient has a well-documented, presistent and consistent history of Gender Dysphoria. Her awareness of this has not changed since childhood. Therefore, she meets the criterion for surgical transformation.
