Breast Augmentation Revision Case 71

This patient is a 41-year-old female who had undergone breast augmentation with saline implants approximately 15 years prior. She came to see Dr. Anne Taylor because of increasing problems with rippling and palpability. Dr. Taylor discussed the patient's request for a breast augmentation revision in Columbus, Ohio, with silicone implants and determined that the patient was a good candidate. 

At 5'7" tall and 130 pounds, the patient received a 450 cc silicone gel implant on the left and 485 cc gel implant on the right to reduce mild asymmetry. The impressive results of the revision breast augmentation procedure are shown in these before and after photos.
